No Power to the Device

Customer brought me an Ipod touch 5th. The screen was replaced by another shop and somehow the home button nipple went missing. On top of that it there is no power at all. What do you guys think?

Charging port maybe a cheap lcd? I'm guessing you already did a hard reset.
