Why is the word voyager III stuck on the screen?
I rebooted the tablet and it still won't work. The voyager III screen is as far as it will go. PLEASE help I have only had it 3 days. Can someone help me?

You can try a factory reset . Please be aware you will lose all your data as it returns the machine to the same state it was when it was new. This video will help

this seems not to be working for more then one person it seems something went wrong from factory it self!

I had this problem and the factory reset fixed it... temporarily. Now it's doing it again. I guess another factory reset is my only option, but it is such a pain to reinstall and update everything again.

Mine does the frozen rca white screen I actually waited almost 20 minutes and it started to do something, idk what is wrong with this but it's def sad. I guess I gota do factory reset to don't wana lose some stuff I had on it

wow does nobody do quality control at rca bought my son it for his birthday he used it once and now stuck in the boot loop with the 2 dogs or if it decides to load past that it gets stuck at the loading screen Aura 7 they should give up making tech… i tried contacting them as soon as i mentioned the problem they disconnected from the chat i guess its a known problem how do we sue them?

Receipt in hand headed back to store no bueno!
Worst part is this is what we received to replace our Voyager Pro.
Very disappointing, such a big down grade. The price however was not, that's the
strange part we ended up paying the same amount minus the service insurance.

im getting really mad bc my tablet wont work, I got it for Christmas. And it’s staying on the voyager screen so I put it on factory reset and it’s still loading

Last year we bought our daughter the voyager 3 for her bday. As time went by it kept using battery power faster an faster, she had lots of games on it too. I figured if I done a factory reset it would help but so far after clicking English an on next page to setup it keeps saying over an over that Google play store has stopped! Can someone help me?

It stopped working the night we got it which was Saturday , won't go past the white rca screen I've reset it twice and rebooted it several times still goes to white screen with dogs and won't go past it. Help please!?
