My tablet has a motherboard part that gets hot instead of charging

Hello,

My GT P5200 can't turn on even when on charge. It instead gets hot when on charge. I tried to identify the part that gets hot and you see it in the picture attached. It is marked with the green arrow.

I couldn't read properly the part number on it so I can order a new one. I need your help.

Note that I removed that part with a gun and the tablet started to show the charging animation icon.
