Touch screen not responding
Touch screen non responsive? Home button works. Connection is locked in but no touch response. Do I need a new screen that I received from your business.

I would suggest opening your iPad back up again and disconnecting the display and the battery. You do not have to fully take the battery out, just disconnect it from the connection port. Allow these to be disconnected for 10 seconds then reconnect. When you connect the display, be sure that the cables 'click' into place. Turn the iPad back on and test how the touch works. If problems still occur I would try this a few more times. Best of luck!
