My brother-in-law has a iPhone 6 and he says he can't hear anyone accept when he turns on the loudspeaker. He also says that they can't hear him while he's talking. Which part(s) needs to be exchanged?

First I'd do a hard reset (press and hold the power and Home buttons until you see a white Apple logo). That would clear out an glitches.
I'd also try using a headphone with microphone. If that works then it may be two problems, the mic and the small speaker at the top.
It may also be a problem with the audio controller chip on the motherboard. If that's the case the only part to replace would be the motherboard, which is pricey.

He went to a Apple Store as it's 2 month old. They couldn't "fix" it as they thought it was bend. So it could be the microphone at the bottom of the phone near the charging port and the microphone on the top of the screen, inside of course.

If they see any physical damage they'll try to reject it.
Does using a headphone with mic work?
I agree with @crowbot ...first check everything audio...if everything does not work, it's most likely the audio ic in which case it just needs reballed and micro soldered back on. If any of your audio works, then I'd try to replace the defective components. There are several reputable micro soldering techs here on this site that you could send your phone to via mail and have it repaired however the price of that repair would probably be near the same cost as what you could purchase a used iPhone 6 for unless you have a rework station and have micro soldering skills it would be a fairly easy fix there are sites online you can mail your phone into on eBay but I've never used them and not sure how much I would trust sending my phone to somebody on eBay just check their reputation and feedback if that's the issue
He can hear the caller through headphones, but the caller cannot hear him.
