It can be fixed but will require someone with a surface-mount soldering station. A good repair house should be able to do it. Did something happen to make these parts come loose? Update (09/26/2020): The orientation of the chip should be marked on the chip and the board. The other components will be hit and miss. I would definitely price out a replacement motherboard and compare it to a probable pricey repair.
That is the microcontroller chip so if that failed the unit probably wouldn’t work at all. It could theoretically be replaced but it may have been customized for Delonghi. The part number for the whole board is 5232120900. I’d contact Delonghi to see if it’s available. Their parts site says it’s “not available for resale”. https://delonghi.encompass.com/item/9610...
Just from the pictures I would say that there’s a problem with the LCD display itself. It is either a bad controller chip or the LCD element has pulled away from the contacts to the controller. I’m afraid it may not be repairable. Definitely check with Dell.
I don’t know for sure but I can think of 3 reasons why it would not work. It may not fit in the space in the 6s (it’s pretty tight in there) It may not connect electronically. Each camera model is made for a specific model of iPhone. The 6S may not be able to work the camera (focus and OIC).
