Battery died during hard reset

Battery died during hard reset. After power on screen is black and blue box say enter password, none work, says invalid password. If i press both volume keys at once it says Dnx fastboot request is received. ..please release the button combo...can someone help restore to factory settings? Insignia 11.6 windows 10
