My Rebel t3 is always Busy!
My Canon keeps responding with BUSY. It takes a while before I can take another photo.
I have Formatted. Low Level formatted. and still have BUSY issues.
Help.

Take a look at page 219, and check to see if you have "long exposure noise reduction" set to either 1 or 2. If so, change the setting to 0 and see if that fixes the problem.
If this doesn't work, try resetting the camera to default settings (see Page 164).

Are you saving pics as RAW plus JPEG? You should be able to take several minutes of continuous shots in the highest quality JPEG picture format, but after a few shots in RAW or RAW plus JPEG format the buffering is really slow and a 'busy' message pops up.
