Why my epson l555 does not work well?

when I turn on the printer, it starts up well, but the problem is when it gets ready all the lights (power led, wifi led, adf light) starts to blink and I can not print and copy anything. to me is difficult to know what is happening becuase the display gets blank and does not appear any information about this problem. after all the printer does not do anything...

please i need you help
