Why wont my Maps navigation work, keeps searching for GPS

I went to Best Buy Geek Squad checked out the phone settings, all good, told me to get a new sim card from Consumer Cellular, did, still doesn't work. Consumer Cellular says its not on their end, phone warranty problem. Where do I go from here??
