The SD card slot can be replaced by soldering in a new one. You can find SD card slots on digikey / mouser. Make sure to check the PCB pad dimensions for the broken sd slot and the replacement one. Also, make sure you are using the correct tips on your soldering iron, and that it is powerful enough for desoldering.
