iPhone 6 no turn You can Help me

Good morning the team

I have a problem with my iPhone 6

When i connect power supply is no turn(stuck at 0.23) see the display left same this picture (picture 1)

I have check all capacitor to VCC MAIN

All capacitor =4.3v

You can help me the team thanks a lot

I removed u2

He turn

I replace the u2

Turn correctly
