Tablet stuck on android

STUCK On Android, I tried the answer you gave to Nicole but didn't work. It powers off but no OK to hit nothing else just goes back to Android.

The model # is off by two, instead of 40 mine is 42. Is this why it wouldn't work?

Please if you have a solution let me know. Please help!
