Hi everybody, I'm trying to connect a Wiko Harry phone to my pc and have this driver downloaded: wiko-android-USB-v16 but will still not connect - does not recognise it. Any advice please?

Thank you but I do not obviously have a correct usb driver since on my phone screen it does not allow me to click on file transfer or photo transfer. I am currently running Windows 8+. I need to access the usb driver to enable my pc to recognise my phone.
PS: on the devices & printers from the control panel it identifies 'Harry' but says it has a problem and cannot connect.
