why do you want to replace your phone rear camera lens?
Cameras in mobile phones are in modules, I havent heard of anyone attempting to disassemble a tiny camera module to change a lens neither will you find a single part lens sold anywhere.
If you think your phone camera is faulty, the entire camera module needs to be replaced .
