Why cant I reset to factory setting
my phone keep downloading apps on it own i like to reset to factory setting help me plz

kindly clarify some info
*does it download apps on its own (not just updating existing apps )?
- did you enable the installation of apps from unknown sources?
if the answers are yes then maybe you have a real issue that may indeed require a factory reset
but if the answer is no, then maybe you just have to disable the automatic update via google playstore.
let me know which one you have.

In the next step hold down the Volume Up + Power key. After 4-5 seconds release all held buttons. From the menu choose "Wipe Data/Factory Reset" by using Volume buttons to scroll and Power button to select options.
