Some keys only work if I wiggle the hinge

Hi,

A weird one -- the keys on the top row, right side of the keyboard (YUIOP) have stopped working intermittently on my MBP. The only way to get them working is to wiggle the screen to make the hinge go back and forth and if I hit the correct angle they will start working again for a while.

I have taken the case off and checked that nothing is visibly caught in the hinge etc but not sure what else to check.

Don't know where to start with this one or even what part is likely damaged, google has not turned up anything similar. Any advice?
