So I have two PS3 and I need my old games

A PS3 Slim and a PS3 Super Slim, nos un the slim one i have a lot of games and i dont have the old password to my email and neather for my old PSN account so, can i swap the Slim Hardrive to my Super Slim so i can play the games in my new PS3?
