do not have original google account for this device.

i would like to use a different google account with this device. I followed instructions of clearing memory, reboot and got to point of needing the original account that was synced with this device. Any suggestions? I do have wifi connection but not able to use my current google account tp log in

I bought my visual land prestige 10 off craigslist and can't get whole of the lady. I've called and called. What do I do to make my laptop work. Its asking me also for the previous owners info

The google account is an anti-theft measure on Android like the iPhone has the Cloud lock. I would suggest getting a refund from where you bought this tablet from, or if you can ask the original owner to login once.

Once that is done, the proper way to reset is to got to settings --> backup and storage --> reset this device. After that you can put your own google account in.

I did not have password and attempted all the options to restore but learned the gmail account had not been used for over a year and half. gmail accounts are deleted at the server after nine months if not been logged in
