If this is the case- Try factory reseting it again.
Im understanding you mean you can't get passed the introduction of the tablet where you enter the wifi right?
If this is the case, you can't get into the tablet and if thats the case you can't factory reset it without having to actually get into the tablet-

This search will show how to do so without getting into the tablet.
IK the factory reset is what messed it up to begin with but maybe something went wrong. Trying it again can't hurt it more.
