Epson Scan do not work

Excuse me Sir:

Epson bubble jet printer Model L455

Apps of Epson Scan do not work.

When I am click the apps of Epson Scan, my PC reply that unable to connect to the scanner! But I can scan a graph with the control panel of the bubble jet and than send the graph with jpg format to my PC!

I am sorry that I don't know how to solve the problem?

Try uninstalling the software and driver and reinstall the software and driver. You can download the software and drivers from the manufacturers website and entering in the model number.
