There are no notification on the phone and it keeps vibrating 2 short ones over and over again all day today, I've turned it off and on, I've reset it and it's still doing it as I write this

Go to your settings...mine did the same...my notification reminder was turned on...turn it off it will stop

mine too. support told to get a new phone or have them do a reset and then I lose all stored information!
Mine was vibrating 2 quick burst for a long time ( months) I just turned off when not in use… it was an old notification in my calendar
