So your screen shows a similar image to that shown when it is dead (the power cable and battery) except the battery is relaced with the iTunes logo, correct? I believe this means that there is no information on your phone and it is looking for a device backup (like the ones made to iCloud or iTunes when the phone is connected to a computer). I would begin by connecting the phone to your computer(or the computer it was most recently connected to) via the charging cable if you haven't already. It will hopefull begin using a backup automatically. I think there are other ways to fix the issue if that doesn't work (I seem to recall an alternate method for a similar problem on an iPad) but I'm fairly sure this is the easiest route right now.

And if the phone shows nothing?
Nothing happens on the phone or computer
I appreciate the response, but sadly not very useful.
I'm saying, nothing is happening when plugging in the phone. Phone does nothing and computer doesn't notice it. It did one day after replacing some parts, but then blank. Won't turn on or anything. Been trying to figure out why, but not many helpful people in a lot of these threads
@sarery You mentioned you had preformed repairs on the phone - is it possible you disrupted some of the connections between boards? Or maybe damaged a flex cable?
