My printer is saying paper jam with aloud noise, why can I fix it?

It will either have a latched door at the back or the bottom of the unit, to remove any stuck paper that may have jammed up the mechanism. Try looking for and opening that door and cleaning out whatever may be in there.

Thanks! The printer was instructing me to clear the paper from the paper cartridge/bottom of the printer... after seeing your suggestion, I opened the back of the printer and found two additional sheets stuck in the printer!

I have a Epson ET-15000 and mine is doing the same thing and making a weird grinding noise but no paper in it anywhere. I’ve reset it several times and nothing changed?

Just purchased the same printer and same thing, it was making a loud noise showing no paper but there was paper. Then now it was printing but the noise got louder
