Why did my laptop change all my settings after an update?
i have an acer aspire 5552-3691 and when windows was updating, after all my settings was changed. the font, the screen size, everything was all wide and stretched out! why did this happen and how can i fix it? id like everything to go back to the way it was when i first got it.

what did you update to? what version did you have before?

It sounds like the driver was changed. Try going to the Acer support site and download the current version of your graphics adapter.

I had a similar issue with my Asus laptop. My bluetooth adapter and sound card were changed. I noticed on a bunch of forums that many people have had this issue.
I also had my desktop rearranging on restart until the next update.
Seems fine now.
