Second Simcard Problem On Restart

Hello

I have a problem with my honor 8 pro, when I restart the phone it does not recognize

my second simcard but if I restart again it will recognize it without doing anything.

I do not know whether this is a hardware or software problem.

I tried to use different simcard to see if my second simcard is faulty but problem still same.

phone has this problem with android 7 and after update it to android 8 it still remains.

Please help
