Triangle piece fell out of camera, where does it go?

I was repairing my camera and some pieces fell out. A spring, the number reel, and this triangle bracket, one corner has a hole, the other 2 have a prong. I got the spring and reel back together under the capacitor, but I can't figure out where this piece is supposed to go.

Everything seems to be working fine, my original issue was the film not ejecting entirely, which I'm still having a problem with. Could it have something to do with that?
