Black Screen of Death (CFW)

I had my new 3ds sitting on my desk, closed, with the power still on when I knocked it off by accident. I opened it up to a message saying the sd card was removed. I shut it off to restart it only to be greeted by nothing but 2 black screens, and only the blue power LED lighting up. I'm not sure if it should be mentioned, but I do have custom firmware installed on my 3ds. Never had a problem with it before. I know that taking out the wifi card and putting it back in is normally a solution that fixes this problem, but I just wanted to know if there is anything else I should do first if my issue is unique in any way.

Press and hold: D pad up + LB+RB+A+Power button. It forces a reboot and update

What do u do after that? After the update it turns off tho…

Try the wifi card thing first. If it doesnt work, you can get the bottom screen to work by taking the left shoulder button off and gently prodding around with tweezers. If you get the bottom screen to work, thats a start! I don't know how to fix the top screen, and once the shoulder button is off, you can't really get it back on. If you want the top screen to work,you should get repairs. But anyway, I suggest trying to place the wifi card back into its original spot!

the ribbon cable for the bottom screen is nowhere near the left shoulder button; those are however the cables for the top screen though
