My laptop is not charging, help!

Hi,

My laptop stopped charging recently. It works when plugged in but says "1%, not charging. Power mode (plugged in)." My first response was buying a new charger but the same thing happened. So I thought it must be the power jack. I ordered one on ebay and replaced it today. But the same thing happened - 1%, not charging...help! What else could it be?

what are you doing while you have this issue? you doing anything resource intensive?

No, not at all. I’m just simply using my laptop whilst pugged in. When I unplug it the laptop imediatelly turns itself off :( Thanks
