Need help Identifying a chip.

I cannot find any actual documentation for it, like a PDF. all I know is it is some sort of zigbee controller or something.

any help? Chip has the Marvell logo, and says: "MZ100-NAQ2 YPM26769JW 1431 B2P TW"

right now its halting my teardown release.

UPDATE @danj its in an OSRAM lightify. I made a teardown on it. take a look.
