Manual windows won't move, can't turn key in lock

NOT ELECTRIC WINDOWS OR LOCKS!

They're regular crank windows and push button locks, and neither works properly. I can barely roll the windows, if they move at all. The locks are just as bad, as I can't unlock or lock them with the key. Can anyone help me find the specs for it or a repair video? I'm just a mechanic's kid so I know how to use the tools, but I don't know how everything is supposed to look :/ can't fix something I've never seen.
