printer catrage "malfunction" with new cartrage
I replaced my ink cartage 2 times with in 5 min because the cartage will not aline its self. Have you got an idea of why it is doing this and is there an easy fix.

Maybe the ink cartridges are not seated correctly or there could be still some shipping plastic that is still on them that needs to be removed. Like the plastic that covers the exit for the ink, or the plastic that covers the contacts for ink to work when they are placed in the retaining tray.
