Load/Eject door will not open, cannot load DVD
Sony CD/DVD Player DVP-SR210P Load/Eject door does not open. It sounds like it is but nothing visable with the cover off is moving. What can I do to fix it?

Just fixed mine. Belt for tray eject was stretched & just slipping on the motor pulley. Dug through old bad PC CD/DVD drives & found a belt that fit. Loads & ejects tray like new now.

Harbor Freight sells those general purpose O-ring variety packs, there might be one of the size needed in there?? Original drive belts are square, but any rubber O-ring of close size needed should work as long as the problem is not something mechanically jamming the tray.
