LCD has noise/flickering + blue tint
Imac would not start at all. no sign of life.
PSU had several bad capacitors, they were replaced.
iMac starts up, but LCD looks like this.

Then your issue is the display's ribbon cable (LVDS) and its connectors or the display its self

Thanks Dan! Too bad i dont have any LCD or cable to test :(
Most likely its the cable which is cheaper

What does the image look like on an external monitor?

Image out the mini displayport on external monitor looks good.
