How to detach/attach the frame from the screen?

Hello.

I bought a replacement assembly screen for my Samsung Galaxy Tab S from a chinese chop. Unfortunatly for me, contararily to the similar part available from ifixit store (but out of stock), this assembly doesn't include the frame:

So I have to detach the frame from the current (broken) screen, and to attach it to the new screen, which means proably gluing it. Unfortunatly, I couldn't find any kind of documentation about it. Does anyone have any hint on this issue ?
