I will send a text to someone and they will get it more then 10 times what would cause this to happen. I have cleared my cash and data turned off my phone and back on, turned off notifications

There seems to be a theme with this phone (see https://androidforums.com/threads/phone-... and https://theinformr.com/answers/zte-maxpr...)
Here is a good video about it with a fix: https://ruclip.com/video/PGojv-ODdJ4/zte.... Basically, the widely accepted fix is to download a new messaging app. You can also try to update software.
