I dropped my camera yesterday from about knee height and now when ever I pick up or move he camera it makes a high pitch squeaking sound it only makes the noise when the camera is on and the noise is loudest when it is on full zoom

Have you heard someone say "been there, done that" ?
The lens is moved in/out by a tiny motor, geared to a large ring around the lens apparatus.
The slightest mis-alignment will cause what you are hearing. It will get worse.
Thats a wonderful camera, I would take it the camera doctor.
You can research D.I.Y. surgury, but thats a nice camera....
