Why my device is not connecting to network?

My mobile is not connecting to the cellular network, I tried different carriers and also updated the firmware, but the problem is still exists ,can anyone help me please.

But that same carrier connect with different device. I also tried with bunch of operators but I am facing the same problem.

I can’t connect to internet via wifi, but find solution connecting via VPN. it’s not working only at home, in other places internet working fine.

My mobile will not working

You should contact your carrier for the network that you are attempting to connect to.

Do a factory reset:

> Settings

> Backup and Reset

> Factory Data reset.

or

> Turn off your device.

> Next, hold down the Home, Power, and Volume Up button all together for few seconds till Android logo appears on the screen.

> Release the buttons then the use volume down button for highlighting any options and Power key to confirm it. Highlight the factory reset option and confirm it using the power button.

> Next, select ‘Delete all user data’ and confirm it.

Wait for few seconds to see the ‘Reboot system now’ option and select it. The phone will be restarted then and you need to set it up.
