Steam shot trigger onbunderside handle made a ‘click’ when using it and seems to have come detached as no resistance when use trigger and no steam shot - can i open the handle, seems its just off its mounting?

Here is a disassembly video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5KvCuZtU.... Perhaps the disassembly of your iron will be similar. But ultimately, you should be able open the handle it is just finding the right screws to open it. Hopefully, the video helps.
