When I try to make a call I can’t hear nothing at all and the other party can’t hear me either. Also I tried to face time and the same thing happens but then the ft call ends . What do I do ??

Which phone are you using? It’s important to know anyways most smart handsets have three microphones that are one attached to charging flex which works when you calling ot taking calls whitout putting on loudspeaker and second microphone is on frint camera flex which works on loudspeaker , third works which is on power button flex works during facetime calls so try replacing one by one see how you go otherwise none will help then audio IC on logic board meeds to be repaired
