My phone is responding that unfortunately the system has stopped worki

when i switch on my phone it keeps on responding that the system has unfortunately stopped working and selecting an application is says that the applicaton has stopped working and gives a message of all app that are downloaded have stooped working and then turns off.whereby i cannot reset my phone some times showing no command
