Is it safe to plug it off while im not using it, like all the time?

I have my reasons, so i want that everytime im not using it, to be completely plugged off.

Will this cause any damage to the power supply or anything else ?

As long as you shut it off completely before pulling the plug you will be fine.

you mean chosing full shutdown all everytime im pulling the plug ?

Yes you should do that to prevent data corruption.
