My wifi does not turn on.

It's been happening for a while now and not even a full factory reset will turn the wifi back on. I believe it is a hardware issue and I have no clue on how to fix it. I could, of course, take it to a phone repair shop but if it's something simple that I could do then I would like to do it myself.
