Why is my screen inverted top down after I turn it on?

When I turn my phone on, the screen is inverted top down, all the icons also are turned top down. This makes it difficult to touch to click on the right button to turn it off or to restart because it seems that these commands are not located where they should be. I have to try several times and I'll see the phone rebooting or turning off.
