clicking and red light power blinking
PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG PS43D490 CLICKING AND RED BLINKING. THE CAPACITORS ARE SEEMS TO NOT HAVE A BULGE.BELOW I ATTACH THE PICTURES OF THE BOARDS.

This is likely a failure of the power supply itself. While quite often, bulged caps are the problem, this is not the problem this time. Without extensive testing, the problem won't be easily found. The quickest fixis likely to be replacing the power supply board. These can be found for around $50 or so. I would start there.
