Back passenger driverside door the lock won't lock or unlock with the power switch I have to manually do it what do I do to fixed it

You need to check if there is power getting to the door lock actuator when you operate the power switch.

If there is then whether the actuator motor is OK and if it is if there is a bad earth connection to the actuator.
