Coulors on the screen

First check your connections, are they loose tighten them up and check again.

Check whether they are infect with rust if yes treat them.

At last remove back cover of display there must be a wire covered by black tape a mini tad attached to that wire dismantle that and clean thoroughly and fix again you have successfully resolved the issue
