Hi if you have a Windows 7 Boot Disc or USB then you can reset your Password by using the utilman.exe trick. Here is a link to a website with a guide to show you what to do. It’s straight forward and you can reset your password in minutes using CMD.

If you have created a windows reset password disc then there is a procedure if not then contact dell customer support number they will help you out
