The Sony Cyber-shot has gone mad

RX100 M1 lens sometimes will not retract. Image on screen only intermittently comes on, sometimes its blank only showing level icon or a previous image appears but is shaking and sometimes the screen is just lines. Removing and replacing the battery closes the lens and then reopens it
