Hi, so let’s say the phone wasn’t dropped, it just wasn’t used a while. Tried to charging for a few hours and it still doesn’t turn on, so the problem may be the battery or the charging dock but what are the chances that it’s the main board’s fault?

chances of the logic board being bad is slim. i would change the battery and dock first

But what if it was really dropped? Those chances increase of main board being bad or not? If you wanna know why I'm asking, that's because I'm thinking about buying maybe not working iPhone and trying to repair it and maybe use it.
there is capacitors etc inside the actual wifi ic so they can even go bad
